I graduated from Brown University with a BA in English and Visual Arts. I hold an MFA from SUNY Albany. I completed an ICF Level 2 Certification in Professional Coaching from Concordia University in 2026 and am working on ACC Certification from the International Coaching Federation.
I live in Montréal, Québec, where I am learning French as fast as I can. I do not own a car. I have somehow become a gym rat. I ran two half marathons. I am creating weird hand-made lamps and vases in my spare time. I have a beautiful wife and a wonderful daughter. I would like to write a book.
